Saurabh K. Mittal is Chairman, CEO and Founder of Mission Holdings, a strategic holdings business and investment business. Mr. Mittal has been involved in all phases of Mission Holdings' development since its founding in 2014.
Mission Holdings has invested in or created leading platforms across industries and serves as core long term shareholder helping drive long term value creation. The firm’s core platforms include Incedo Inc, a leading data and AI solutions business; ONE Championship, one of the world's largest sports leagues; BSI Financial, a leading player in US residential mortgage; Everstone Holdings, India's leading alternates and infrastructure business; and Deserve Inc, a leading modern credit card stack.
Mission Holdings, through Mission Capital, a wholly owned investment entity, has a diversified and active portfolio invested across the capital structure including specialized debt, private equity deals and public markets, as well as with specialized fund managers.
Prior to founding Mission Holdings, Mr Mittal was a co-founder of Indiabulls Group and a partner at Noonday Asset Management (part of Farallon Capital).
Mr. Mittal received a degree in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India where he was elected as the Best Graduating Student of his class, and recipient of Distinguished Alumni Award in 2017. He also holds an MBA with High Distinction from the Harvard Business School, where he graduated as a Baker Scholar.
Mr. Mittal serves on the Board of Dean’s Advisors at Harvard Business School, and the Endowment Board at IIT Delhi; is Trustee and Founder of Plaksha University; and a member of governing council of Avsara. He has served on the governing board of Paarivar Education in the past, and is currently member of Advisory Board.
Mr. Mittal is an active philanthropist with a history of supporting education. In both business and philanthropy, Mr. Mittal has dedicated himself to helping improve access to opportunities for young students, and believes in holistic development that includes Leadership, Academics and Sports. Mr Mittal gifted the Mittal Sports Center at IIT Delhi which was inaugurated in Sep 2021. He has also created “Mittal Scholars” program at IIT Delhi to identify business leaders of tomorrow with an annual cohort of 40 students. “Mittal Fellows” at Harvard Business School and Plaksha Univ provide opportunities to highly talented students to pursue higher education at world leading institutions, while “Mittal Center of Indian Studies” at Avsara Academy and “Mittal Residential blocks” at Paarivar Education Academy help broaden access to education.

Prior to Incedo, Nitin was the Chief Operating Officer of Flipkart, where he was responsible for customer and supply chain operations, strategy to execution capabilities and corporate functions for the company. He has also headed Fidelity International as the M.D and Country Head for India. Prior to Fidelity, Nitin was the Director of McKinsey’s Global Knowledge Centre in India (McKC). Nitin is a well-known and respected leader of the IT, BPO sector and Analytics industry. He has been elected twice to the NASSCOM Executive Council and was also the Chairperson of the Nasscom Regional Council (NRC) in Haryana. He is an avid speaker in the areas of entrepreneurship, business transformation and technology.
He holds an MBA (Majors in Finance and Operations) from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow and a degree in engineering (B.Tech) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi.
He is the author of two best-selling books: Winning in the Digital Age: Seven Building Blocks of a Successful Digital Transformation and Managing the Data Paradox: Key to Winning in the AI Age. He has twice served on the NASSCOM Executive Council and was Chairperson of the NASSCOM Regional Council (NRC) in Haryana, India.
As leader of the Mission Capital team, Nate Singer is responsible for investing Mission Holdings’ liquid capital, via a portfolio of direct investments and external managers.
Nate has 15+ years investment experience and has worked at top-tier institutions including Bain & Company and Noonday Asset Management, an affiliate of Farallon Capital Management. He is also an entrepreneur and founder of Angel Island Partners LLC., a U.S. focused equities management firm.
Nate graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, with a BA in Mathematics as Phi Beta Kappa and Valedictorian of the mathematics department before going on to earn his MBA at the Harvard Business School where he served as Co-President of the HBS Investment Club.
Prashant Dugar has ~15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. He has extensive experience evaluating and executing growth, buyout, and structured deals across various sectors.
Before joining Mission Holdings in 2021, Prashant was an investment professional at Apollo Global Management’s India fund, AION Capital (a joint venture between Apollo and ICICI). He previously worked as an Associate at Baring Private Equity Asia from 2013 to 2016 and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley from 2010 to 2013.
Prashant holds an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a master's in finance and a bachelor's degree in business studies from the University of Delhi.
Jerry Ng has 20+ years experience in international investment and fund management.
Prior to joining Mission Holdings in 2015, Jerry was Vice President with Everest Capital, a hedge fund specializing in global and emerging markets, from 2008 to 2015. Before his tenure at Everest Capital, Jerry spent 6 years with RBC Dexia Investor Services from 2002 to 2007, where he served in various roles.
Jerry holds a B.S. (Hons) in Finance from the National University of Ireland.
Pritesh Vora has 25+ years working experience in equity research and operational experience in industrial and energy sectors.
Prior to joining Mission Holdings in 2016, Pritesh was a research analyst at Incedo Inc, specializing in Indian and International equity research. Pritesh spent 6 years from 2006 to 2012 as an adviser with Equanum Advisor Pvt. Ltd, where he was involved in Indian equity research. He started his career at Larsen and Toubro.
Pritesh holds a B.E. (Hons) in Production Engineering from the University of Bombay and a DME in Mechanical engineering
Shraddha Mittal leads early-stage consumer investing through Mission Ventures.
She holds an MBA and BA (Hons) from University of Delhi.
Ivan joined Mission Holding Management in 2017 and has over 15 years’ experience span across auditing and assurance, financial accounting, due diligence, and debt financing deals.
He is currently a Senior Associate where he work collaboratively with the investment team on parts of the investment cycle including deal screening, deal evaluation, due diligence and deal execution. Ivan holds an A.C.C.A. Level 2 qualification.
Manan Pamani is a Senior Analyst in the research team of Mission Capital, which is tasked with overseeing Mission Holdings' liquid capital, invested via direct investments and via external managers.
Prior to joining Mission Holdings in 2018, Manan worked for CRISIL Global Research & Analytics (subsidiary of S&P) and E-Valueserve as an Industrial and Utilities analyst supporting global sell-side banks.
He holds an MBA from Nirma University and a Computer Engineering degree from Gujarat University. Additionally, he has also passed CFA level 3.
